Job Overview:

We're looking to hire an ambitious, passionate individual who will be the first point of contatc for scheduling appointments and setting our team and customers up for success with Whitestone Construction. This is considered a Sales Position and will be an extension of customer-facing Whitestone brand. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to set appointments that result in contracted jobs for Whitestone.

Responsibilities

  • Setting QUALITY leads for the sales team is your ultimate goal!
  • You should have a deep understanding of how to qualify needs, overcome objections, customer service and be resilient!
  • Familiarize yourself with essential details of our products and services
  • Call prospective clients from form-fills, previous customer and call lists
  • Accept incoming calls from prospective cleints
  • Fielding basic questiosn and concerns about the products and services we offer
  • Discuss promotional offers
  • Discuss our referral and rewards program
  • Build value while on the phone
  • Contact previous customers with promotions
  • Keep detailed log of calls and notes inside of our CRM

Qualifications

  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • PROVEN experience as an appointment setter, sales experience or similiar
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Professional and courteous disposition
  • Persuasive and results oriented
  • Flexible to work some nights/ weekends by responding to online form fills (preferable)
  • Are extremely well organized, detail oriented, and able to manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in Sales, call center or similar is preffered

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $25,000-$35,000 (Depending on Experience)
  • Bonus Opportunities will be made available, based on your performance and delivery of achievements
